摘 要: | [目的]测定水杨酸异丙酯体外抗菌活性。[方法]采用琼脂稀释法对水杨酸异丙酯溶液进行体外抗菌试验。[结果]结果表明,水杨酸异丙酯溶液体外对肠道常见细菌的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)为0.05~0.30 mg/ml。水杨酸异丙酯与复方乙酰水杨酸片相比,抗菌作用较复方乙酰水杨酸片强。[结论]水杨酸异丙酯溶液对肠道常见细菌具有显著的抗菌作用。

Determination on Isopropyl Salicylate Anti-bacterial Activity in vitro |

Abstract: | [Objective] The purpose was to determine the minimum inhibitory concentrations of isopropyl salicylate anti-bacterial activity in vitro.[Method]Agar-dilution method was employed to determine inhibitory concentrations of isopropyl salicylate anti-bacterial activity in vitro.[Results]The results indicated that rang of the MIC of isopropyl salicylate was from 0.05 to 0.30 mg/ml.Anti-bacterial activity of isopropyl salicylate was stronger than compound acetylsalicylic acid tablets.[Conclusion]Isopropyl salicylate has obvious anti-bacterial activity. |
