用昆虫病原线虫液相培养早期发育指标预测产量的研究

摘    要:对液相培养繁殖昆虫病原线虫的早期发育指标与最终产量的相关性进行研究,探讨利用早期发育指标预测最终产量的可能性。试验中采用4项早期发育指标:(1)接种代发育比(培养第4天);(2)接种代繁殖倍数(培养第9天);(3)子1代发育比(培养第13天);(4)子1代繁殖倍数(培养第18天)。回归分析结果表明,4项发育指标与最终产量均有显著相关性,可以用作预测最终产量的指标。

Abstract:The end yield of entomopathogenic nematode was usually used to evaluate cultural conditions for nematode culture. It took a long time to obtain the results due to the long life cycle of entomopathogenic nematodes. The relationship between the early growth parameter and the end yield was reported in this paper. The possibility of prediction for the end yield by early growth parameter was discussed. The four growth parameters were: (1) developing rate of stock generation (the 4th day in culture process), (2) reproduction times of stock generation (the 9th day in culture process), (3) developing rate of first filial generation (the 13th day in culture process), (4) reproduction times of first filial generation (the 18th day in culture process). Regression analysis demonstrated that there was strong positive relationship between the four early growth parameters and the end yield. These growth parameters can be used to predict the end yield.
