甜菜纸筒稀土育苗的生理效应

摘    要:稀土与土壤混拌,配制成稀土含量不同的土壤,装纸筒育苗。结果表明,稀土对甜菜生长具有明显的生理效应。稀土处理显著地增加了叶绿素的含量,提高了叶片的光合强度与硝酸还原酶的活性。其中以100ppm和150ppm组的效果最好。在低温条件下,叶片细胞膜的透性随稀土浓度的增加而下降.即叶片的抗寒能力得到提高。甜菜叶片与叶柄中过氧化物酶同工酶谱带的数目及颜色深浅也受稀土的影响而发生变化,这表明.稀土元素在基因表达水平上起作用。

Abstract:The soil of rare-earth with different content were made by mixing rare-earth and soil, nursery with this soil in paper pot. The result showed rare-earth had evident physiological effect on growth of seedling. Rare-earth treatments significantly increased chlorophyll content, photosylhetic intensity and activity of nitrate reductase. The best effect were 100 and 150 ppm in all treatments. Cell membrane permeability of blades were decreased with the increasing of rare-earth concentration under low temperature, which is the chilling resistance of leaves had been increased. Band number and colour of peroxdase isozyme were changed by rare-earth in the blades or petiole of sugarbeet. It showed that rare-earth acted on the level of gene expression.
