NaCl胁迫及Cd2+对黄瓜和番茄种子发芽及生长的影响

摘    要:针对NaCl胁迫黄瓜、番茄种子萌发的影响及在170 mmol/L NaCl胁迫下,不同浓度外源Cd 2+ 对黄瓜、番茄种子发芽的影响进行实验.其结果是,NaCl浓度在30~170 mmol/L时,对番茄和黄瓜种子发芽率、发芽指数影响不明显.在NaCl浓度170 mmol/L时,黄瓜的4项发芽指标均达到最高.在240 mmol/L NaCl胁迫下,黄瓜、番茄种子4项发芽指标值均显著下降.170 mmol/L NaCl胁迫下,当Cd 2+ 浓度在10 mmol/L时,能够提高黄瓜发芽率,促进黄瓜芽与幼苗的生长;当Cd 2+ 浓度达到50 mmol/L时,抑制幼根生长;外源Cd 2+ 对番茄的影响较大,当Cd 2+ 浓度为10 mmol/L时,活力指数为0;当Cd2+浓度为20 mmol/L时,发芽率为20;,侧根数全部为0.

Abstract:Aiming at the influence of NaCl stress on germination of cucumber and tomato and the influence of different concentration exogenic Cd2 on germination of cucumber and tomato under the stress of 170 mmol/L NaCl,the experiments were conducted.The results indicated that under the stress of 170 mmol/L NaCl,when the concentration of Cd2 was 10 mmol/L,the germination rate of cucumber increased,and the growth of sprout and seedling were promoted,too.When Cd2 was up to 50 mmol/L,the growth of radicel was restrained.Exogenic Cd2 was of relative great influence on tomato,i.e.vital index was 0 when Cd2 was 10 mmol/L and the germination rate 20% and lateral root amounted 0 when Cd2 20 mmol/L.
