板栗芽苗砧嫁接育苗的研究*

摘    要:研究了以板栗发芽种子为砧木的嫁接方法, 以及接口愈合的温度和圃地栽植对培育嫁接苗的影响。结果表明, 以大粒发芽种子为砧木, 采用胚根接, 接后用湿沙假植,保持在一定温度下促进接口愈合, 然后植于保护圃地, 成苗率达82. 28%, 当年平均苗高54. 61 cm, 达到当年育苗、当年嫁接和当年出圃的要求。嫁接未成活的种苗, 仍可培养成砧木供秋季芽接。

Abstract:A study on methods for germinated seed gragting in Chinese chestnut and on the effect of temperature for healing of graft union and nursery planting on raising of grafted seedlings showed that 82. 28% was contributed to by established seedlings from large germinated seeds on which seed root grafting was done, followed by promoting healing by keeping them in moist sand at certain temperature and later planting them in some protected area. The seedling was raised, gragted and sent out of the nursery in the same year with anaverage height of 54. 61 cm at tained. Those unsuccessfully grafted could also be used in autumn grafting.
