中华硬蜱初次和再次感染宿主后叮咬局部组织病理学变化的动态观察

摘    要:中华硬蜱初次叮咬和再次叮咬宿主后 ,叮咬部位可发生一系列程度不同的病理学变化 ,在初次叮咬过程中 ,叮咬局部组织反应较轻 ,其皮肤组织中炎性细胞浸润较少 ,主要为中性粒细胞以及少量巨噬细胞 ,于叮咬后 5 d达高峰 ,无组织坏死现象。而中华硬蜱叮咬再次感染组宿主 6 h,叮咬局部组织反应剧烈 ,呈现急性炎性损伤 ,可出现大量炎性细胞浸润 ,其中含大量嗜碱性粒细胞和部分嗜酸性粒细胞及淋巴细胞 ,嗜碱性粒细胞可出现明显脱颗粒现象。体视学结果显示 ,再次感染组炎症细胞浸润于 1~ 3d达高峰。同时叮咬局部组织出现明显充血、水肿和坏死现象 ,电镜下其皮肤组织结构排列紊乱 ,胶原纤维结构模糊 ,组织中出现大量炎性细胞碎片。研究为进一步阐明抗蜱免疫机理提供了理论依据

Abstract:A series of pathological changes in various degrees at the infested sites might be induced by infestation of ixodes sinensis on hosts that being first or second infested.During the progression of first infestation,local responses were weak,and there were few inflammatory cells infiltrating into the infested sites,mainly of neutrophils and a few of macrophages.The number of inflammatory cells reached peak on 5 day,without evidence of histonecrosis.When ixodes sinensis infested on second infested hosts for 6 hour,strong local responses can be induced at the infested sites,acute inflammatory lesions characterized by numerous inflammatory cells infiltration can be seen,mainly of basophils and partly of eosinophils and lymphocytes,degranulation of basophils was apparent.Stereological results showed that inflammatory cells increased to peak at 1-3 day,hyperemia,oedema and necrosis were obvious at the local infestation sites.Observations by electron microscope showed that cutaneous tissue were disorganized,collagenous fibers structure were vague and a number of fragments of inflammatory cells existed in tissue.This data may provide theoretical basis for further elucidating the mechanism of anti-tick immunity.
