| 摘 要： | 自20世纪90年代开始我国电信体制改革以来，电信运营业取得重大进步，但是同时还存在大量的问题厦待改进。文中分析了我国电信运营业的发展现状，揭示了存在的问题，并根据新时期经济社会发展对电信服务的要求，对电信运营业健康快速发展提出了建议。

| Abstract: | Since the institutional restructuring of telecommunications in the 1990s, telecommunication operation business has made tremendous progress, but many problems have remained that need improving urgently. This article analyzes the present situation of the development of telecommunication business in China, points out the existing problems and, according to the requirements to it in the new era, puts forward some proposals for its healthy development. |
