| 摘 要： | 分析了产学研合作的本质是科技、教育和人才的结合,认为产学研合作中各方的知识产权冲突是影响知识流动的重要因素,并对目前我国高校知识产权的现状及存在的问题进行了分析,提出了改进我国高校知识产权现状的对策。

| Abstract: | The essence of cooperation of production, education and research is the combination of science and technology, education and talents. This paper presents the viewpoint that the conflict among in various parties of cooperation of production, education and research is an important factor that could have a significant impact on knowledge flows. It also analyzes the current situation and existing problems of intellectual property in Chinese universities, and proposes some countermeasures for ameliorating the current situation of intellectual property in Chinese universities. |
