| 摘 要： | 中国特色社会主义检察制度是根据列宁的社会主义检察理论，吸收前苏联检察制度建设的成功经验，并结合我国国情的基础上逐步探索并建立起来的。随着中国特色社会主义伟大事业的不断发展变化，中国特色社会主义检察制度也在不断地进行自我发展和完善。中国特色社会主义检察制度具有自身明显的特色和优越性。

| Abstract: | The socialist procuratorial system with Chinese characteristics has been established step by step according to Lenin＇s theory on socialist procuratorial system. It has absorbed the successful experience of the former Soviet Union and taken into consideration the national condition of China. With the unceasing development of the great cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics, the socialist procuratorial system with Chinese characteristics has also been carrying on the self-development and the consummation. The socialist procuratorial system with Chinese characteristics has its own prominent characteristics and the superiority. |
