摘    要:在人力资源管理中组织公民行为究竟可不可以被量化评估,它存在的意义是否仅在于提高组织绩效,对于企业发展有没有更深层次的影响?文中研究探讨的重点就是试图在组织公民行为和绩效考评之间进行设想和探析,希望为这一理论研究增添一点新意,并对企业的快速发展有一定的参考价值。

Assumptions and Analysis of Quantitative Evaluation of Organizational Citizenship Behavior in Business Performance

Abstract:In recent years, there has been a debate in China about the feasibility and means of quantitative evaluation of organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) in human resource management. It remains uncertain whether this evaluation can exert effects at a deeper layer on business development besides improvement of organizational performance. In this article, some assumptions are put forward involving organizational citizenship behavior and performance evaluation, which may have reference significance to the accelerated development of business.
