| 摘 要： | 网络信息技术的发展，对高校图书馆的工作产生了很大影响。图书馆员为适应信息时代的需要，必须强化角色意识，提高服务能力。文中在分析网络信息对高校图书馆产生影响的基础上，重点探讨了信息时代高校图书馆员的角色定位和能力提高的途径。

| Abstract: | The development of the technology of network information has had a great influence on the work of university libraries. In order to meet the needs of the information age, librarians must strengthen their awareness of role and enhance their service capacity. Based on an analysis of the impact of network information on university libraries, this article discusses the orientation of university librarians＇ role and the way to improve their abilities. |
