论“外向主体性”与“内向主体性”

主体性的发挥不应该是单向度的，外向主体性和内向主体性作为主体性的两个向度，各有自身的优势和劣势。前者强调向外扩张，容易造成人与自然、人与社会、人与自身关系的紧张；后者重视内在超越，容易造成生命发展的滞后、生活质量的降低以及社会的倒退。如果把两者辩证地统一起来，就可以实现彼此制约、相互促进，进而有利于克服主体性发展困境。

On the Relationship Between Outward Subjectivity and Inward Subjectivity

Subjectivity should not develop along one direction. Both outward subjectivity and inward subjectivity, the two aspects of subjectivity, have their own advantages and disadvantages. The former emphasizes conquering the outside world and is, consequently prone to lead to a tense relation between man and nature, man and society, and man and himself. The latter lays stress on improving the inside world and so is likely to lead to the lagging of man, the fall of life and the regression of society . They can restrain and promote each other if they are united together, which will overcome the dilemma of the development of subjectivity.
