| Abstract: | Based on an investigation of the workload and psychology health of teaching secretaries in Southwest University, this article analyses why their psychology is out of order, and offers some improving measures from two sides, i.e. from the leaders and from the teaching secretaries themselves. It is believed that these measures should be important for keeping their psychology in good order and improving their work efficiency. |
