| 摘 要： | 民办高校辅导员是民办高校学生思想政治教育队伍的重要组成部分。（1）树立正确的学生观是做好民办高校辅导员工作的关键;（2）辅导员威信的建立是做好民办高校辅导员工作的前提和基础;（3）选拔、培养和使用班干部是辅导员工作的重要环节;（4）行之有效的工作方式是做好辅导员工作的保障。

| Abstract: | Counselors are important members of the team which aims to educate students politically and ideologically in Non-- governmental Universities. Building up a right approach to students and the counselor＇s prestige, selecting and raising excellent student cadres, and adopting effective work methods will be a proper way to excel in this job. |
