论企业员工培训效果的评估

摘    要:人力资源是企业的第一资源,培训作为开发人力资源的基本手段,已成为现代企业管理的重要方式。如何对企业员工培训效果进行评估,已成为人力资源管理的一个重要课题。文中从受训者和企业两个角度对企业培训效果的评估方法进行了探索,力求对企业员工培训效果的检验达到科学、有效和可靠。

Abstract:Human resources are of primary importance to any enterprise. As the basic means of human resource development, employee training has become an important mode of modern enterprise management. How to evaluate the effect of enterprise employee training has been an important task for human resource management. This article explored the ways for evaluating the effects of training from the perspectives of the trainees and the enterprise, in order to make the evaluation more science-based, effective and reliable.
