理工科大学生学习心理压力及影响研究

摘    要:通过对503名在校大学生心理压力的问卷调查,比较了文理科学生不同的学习心理压力,重点分析了理工科学生的学习心理压力、影响、应对方式。笔者认为,由于学科特点,理工科学生在大学生活中面临的学习压力较大。必须把握理工科学生学习心理压力的特点及规律,适时有效地进行引导和教育。

Abstract:In an investigation through questionnaire among 503 college students, the mental pressure experienced by liberal arts students and engineering students was compared, with the focus placed on the psychology of engineering students. It is concluded that engineering students are faced with heavy pressure in their lives. Their learning psychology and pressure traits should be well understood, and timely conduction or prevention is necessary.
