黑龙江草地生态系统保护建设策略

黑龙江是我国重要的畜牧业生产基地,草地资源丰富。由于受自然灾害和人类活动的影响,草地退化严重、草原面积锐减、系统服务功能下降。对黑龙江省草地生态系统现状以及保护建设工作所取得的成就进行了详细的总结,同时探讨了黑龙江省草地生态系统保护和建设的策略。提出：树立“立草为业”思想,加深对草地生态系统功能的认识;加强对草地生态系统的基础和应用研究建立;健全草地生态系统开发利用保障体系;明确草地生态系统保护、建设目标,建立草地恢复建设技术;切实加强法制管理,坚决制止各种非持续利用形式的草地生态系统保护建设策略。

Strategies of Grassland Ecosystem Protection and Construction in Heilongjiang Province

Heilongjiang province which has rich grassland resource is one of the most important stockbreeding bases in our country. The grassland has heavily degraded because of natural disasters and human activities. The area of grassland decreased sharply and functions of grassland ecosystem descended. The current status of grassland ecosystem,grassland protection and construction achievements were summarized in this paper. Strategies of grassland ecosystem protection and construction were. Establish thought of ＂ set up prataculture as a family property ＂ and strengthen the understanding of grassland ecosystem function. Strengthen the basic researches on the ecosystem of grassland. Set up and amplify security system of development and utilization of grassland ecosystem. Define the object of grassland ecosystem protection and construction, set up rebuilding technology of degraded ecosystem. Strengthen legal management system,preventing grassland from illogical utilizing firmly.
