科技进步对农业经济增长的影响

通过对科技进步的理论分析和量化研究,以安徽省为例论述了科技进步是推动农业经济增长的关键因素。它提高农业劳动生产率和资源利用率,同时提高农业的集约度和劳动者的素质,进而指出农业科技中存在的问题主要是体制不灵活、机制不顺、科研市场化程度低等,提出了相应的对策,同时指出科技进步对促进农业经济增长和提高农村经济的整体素质的重要意义,以及实施科教兴农战略的必要性。

Effects of Scientific and Technological Progress on Agricultural Economic Growths

Through the theory analysis and quantization research on scientific and technological progress,taking Anhui province as a case,it was discussed that the scientific and technological progress was a key factor of promoting the agricultural economic growth.It infiltrated in the three essentials to increase agricultural labor productivity and resource utilization rate,as well as to enhance agricultural intensivism and the labourer quality.The questions existing in agricultural science and technology were pointed out as the ineffective system,unsuitable mechanism and low marketization degree etc.The corresponding countermeasures were put forward.It was indicated that the scientific and technological progress was important to promote agricultural economic growth and improve whole quality of rural economy,and it was necessary to implement the strategy of prospering the agriculture through science and education.
