摘    要:论述了FP2500A型有机肥翻抛机的整体配置、工作原理、技术特点以及关键部件结构设计与参数选定等,所述翻抛机主要由翻抛粉碎系统、作业驱动系统、行走系统、操控系统和机架等组成,其翻抛粉碎系统采用卧式双向对置、组合链动刮板抛送粉碎结构,行走系统采用电力四轮驱动自走式结构;生产试验结果表明该设备具有作业顺畅、运行可靠、效率高、自平衡性能高等特点,实际处理能力155m3/h,翻堆宽度2500mm,翻堆高度850mm,可翻抛的最大团块直径120mm;翻抛后料粒直径小于20mm。

Abstract:The paper introduced FP2500A type stack-turning machine for organic fertilizer including overall configuration,working principle,technical features,structural design and parameter choice of key components et al.The machine was composed of the parts of conveying-crushing system,operation drive system,propelling system,control system and the machine frame.The conveying-crushing system employed two chain-scraper conveyers which were parallel and moved in opposite direction.And the whole machine was electrically self-propelled by four wheels.The performance test showed that the machine worked stably and swimmingly with high efficiency and good self-balancing.And the checked performance parameters were listed as follows:productivity in practice 155 m3/h,working width 2500 mm, available height of the organic fertilizer 850 mm,available maximal granule diameter 120 mm,granule diameter after stack-turning below 20 mm.
