摘    要:建立一种利用超高压液相色谱串联质谱同时测定猪肉、鸡肉、鸡蛋和牛奶中三唑酮和三唑醇残留的分析方法,其中使用乙腈提取,GC/NH_2固相萃取小柱净化。结果显示:建立的分析方法线性、精确度和准确度满足SANCO/12571/2013要求,灵敏度满足CAC要求,而且操作步骤简单,耗时短,对大批量样品来说大大提升了检测效率。

Abstract:An UPLC-MSMS method was developed for simultaneously determining triadimefon and triadimenol in four matrixes of animal origin with extraction by acetonitrile and purification by GC/NH2 SPE cartridges. Results showed: the linearity, accuracy and precision of the building method met the demand of SANCO/12571/2013 while the sensitivity met the demand of CAC. Compared to the national standards or industry standards of China, this method has simple operation steps, time-saving, and greatly promoted the detection efficiency especially for a big batch of samples.
