数字时代图书馆事业面临的机遇与挑战研究

在互联网技术迅速发展的数字时代,图书馆事业在资源和服务上正面临着前所未有的挑战。论述了两个具有代表性的行业,以谷歌为代表的搜索引擎和以超星为代表的数字资源商对图书馆的挑战。同时,还论述了在巨大竞争环境中图书馆的生存机遇,比如与搜索引擎合作,将各种资源整合,发挥传统图书馆的到馆服务魅力等。

Study on the Opportunities and Challenges of Library Undertakings in Digital Age

The resources and services of libraries are faced with unprecedented challenges in the digital age of the rapid development of Internet technologies.In this paper,it is discussed that Libraries are faced the challenges of two representative industry including search engine with represent of Google and digital resources represented by Chaoxing.Also,it is described that in the competitive environment libraries have a huge opportunity for the survival,such as,co-operation with search engines,integrated all kinds of resources,playing the role of the traditional libraries’ services.At last,it is hoped that this paper can give certain enlightenment to the libraries colleague.
