黑龙江省主要大豆品种同工酶酶谱分析

摘    要:利用淀粉凝胶电泳,对黑龙江省主要大豆品种进行硫辛酰胺氧化—还原酶、乌头酸酶、肽链内切酶同工酶分析,结果表明,大豆种子的这三种酶谱带清晰,品种间有一定差异。

Abstract:DIA, AGO and ENP Isozyme types of some soybean warities, which were the major ones planted in Heilongjiang Province, werw analysed by using Starch Gel Electrophoresis. The results showed that the band patterns of three isozymes were very clear. And the band patterns were significantly different among different varieties. There were two patterns of electrophoretic bands for DIA. One ofthem was pattern A with 9 bands. Another was pattern B with 5 bands. There were 15 varieties belong to pattern A among 19 varities tested. There were 5 patterns of electrophoretic bands for ACO. But there was only Heinong 33 belongs to pattern D among tested varieties. There was only one band for ENP, but it could be divided into two patterns based on its removing frequacy, pattern A was faster than pattern E.Most of the major varieties used in soybean production can. be separated from each other by isozyme electrophoresis of DIA,, ACO and ENP.
