摘    要:目的]针对新疆沼气池产气率低的问题,以新疆呼图壁西域春奶牛场的鲜牛粪为厌氧发酵原料,系统地研究温度对牛粪厌氧消化产气特性的影响。方法]采用自行设计的厌氧发酵装置,在50℃、30℃和实验室环境下模拟户用沼气池的发酵环境。结果]50℃环境下发酵效果最佳,产气量最高;pH值过低(76)会导致整个发酵的失败;在发酵过程中,营养物质TN减少,但损失量不大,TP、TK有所增加。结论]温度和pH值是影响产气量的主要因素,发酵后的牛粪总养分符合有机肥技术指标要求。

Abstract:【Objective】According to the low biogas production problem in Xinjiang,the impact of temperature on biogas production under anaerobic fermentation was studied systematically by the,fresh cow dung collected from Xiyuchun Dairy Farm in Hutubi County,Xinjiang.【Method】The anaerobic fermentation experiment was carried out in a 2500 ml bottle equipment designed by ourselves at 50℃,30℃ and room temperatures.【Result】The results showed that: ①Biogas production of anaerobic digestion was the highest and the fermentation effect was the best at 50℃.②The fermentation failed while the pH value was too low(≦6).③during the fermentation process,TN decreased but not too much,while TP and TK increased.【Conclusion】Temperature and pH were the critical factors that influenced biogas production.The total nutrient of fermented cow dung conformed to the technical index of organic fertilizer.
