基于ADAMS的联合采育机越障机构的设计与仿真

摘    要:联合采育机多功能伸缩越障机构采用仿生学原理,以小松PC200-7挖掘机为基体改装而成,可提高采育机在我国林区复杂地形的适应性和越障能力。利用Solidworks和ADAMS两种软件建立越障机构的虚拟样机和仿真环境,分析其基本原理,对主要的铰接点进行优化设计,配置了液压系统,并通过试验验证了越障机构的可行性。

Abstract:The multi-functional telescopic over-obstacle mechanism of combined harvesters is adapted from Komatsu PC200-7 excavator by adopting the bionics principle in order to improve the adaptability and obstacle crossing ability of harvesters on the complex terrains in China’s forest areas.Using Solidworks and ADAMS software,a virtual prototype and a simulation environment of the obstacle crossing mechanism are established.Through the analysis of the basic principle,the optimal design of main hinged points is conducted and the feasibility of the obstacle crossing mechanism is verified through tests by means of a hydraulic system.
