竹枝扦插技术研究

摘    要:目的]研究最佳的竹枝扦插育苗方法。方法]选择了麻竹、甜龙竹、油竹3个品种作为研究对象,采用田间试验,找出各品种最佳的竹枝扦插条件。结果]结果表明,麻竹最高扦插成活率为12.5%,甜龙竹最高成活率达到42.4%,而油竹最高成活率为10.8%。结论]不同种类的竹枝扦插条件不同,在相同的条件下不同竹枝扦插成活率不同。

Abstract:Objective] The research aimed to study the best cultivation method by branch cuttings of bamboo.Method]Dendrocalamus latiflorus Munro,Dendrocalamus hamiltonii Mees et An.ex Munro,Bambusa lapidea McClure were choosed as materials to select the best cultivation method by their branch cutting with field experiments.Result] The results showed that the highest cutting survival rate of D.latiflorus Munro was 12.5%,that of D.hamiltonii Mees et An.ex Munro was 42.4%,and that of B.lapidea McClure was 10.8%.Conclusion] Different bamboos should be cultivated under different conditions of cutting cultivation.Under the same condition,different bamboos showed different cutting survival rates.
