| 摘 要： | 针对碟式分离机结构参数设计,介绍了碟式分离机工作原理,重点分析了沉降颗粒不被液流带走的条件。通过建立碟片双锥坐标系,推导出黄河水泥沙碟式分离机碟片间隙公式,并根据黄河水的特性计算出碟片间隙数据。

| Abstract: | Aimed at the structure of Disc separator, the working principle of Disc separator was introduced and the condition under which settling particulate matter could not swept by liquid was analyzed. The formula for clearance between two dishes of water-mud separating Disc separator was deduced by constructing double cone coordinate system. Based on the nature of Yellow River, the data of clearance between two dishes was figured out by the formula. |
