摘    要:济宁市多年平均降水量684.9mm,干旱季节农田灌溉水资源紧缺。随着工农业生产的发展,供需矛盾日益突出,节约用水,已成为当务之急。1986年济宁市水利局和水利部农田灌溉研究所、汶上县水利水产局共同承担了低压管道输水灌溉技术研究的课题。经过三年的努力,至1988年底完成了684ha的试区,取得显著效果。根据试点经验,决定在全市大面积推广管道输水灌溉技术。至1991年底,全市共完成地埋低压石屑混凝土管道输水灌溉面积74kha,占全市井灌面积的1/3,取得年节水量277百万m~3;年节电28.86百万kW·h;年增产粮食100百万kg;年总效益50780千元的经济效益。

Abstract:The irrigation water resource is shorten in the dry reason with only 684. 9 mm of yearly average precipita- tion in the Ji-ning city. The conflict of demand and supply has been sharpened dayly and the water-saving use is a task of top priority as the development of industry and agriculture production. A cooperative study project of low pressure pipe lines water transfer irrigation technology was funded by the Water Conservancy Bureau of Ji-ning City, the Farmland Ir- rigation Institute of Water Resource Ministry and the Water Conservancy and Fishery Bureau of Wen-Shang County in 1986. After three years effort, an experiment area of 648 ha had completed and an obvious effect had achieved by the end of 1988. The pipe lines water transfer irrigation technology was extended in the whole city of Ji-ning based on the experiment site experience. The irrigation area of the underground buried low pressure rock bits concrete pipe lines water transfer had reached to 74 kha which was the one-third of the total well irrigation area by the end of 1991. The economic benefits of yearly saving of 277 million of water and 28. 86 million kw. h of electricity and yearly increase of 100 mil- lion t of food and 50. 78 million yuan of total benefit had also obtained in that year.
