摘    要:随着我国都市圈的不断发展,基于都市圈发达的交通网络体系、日益完善的基础设施和密集的加油站网点等实际情况,结合武警部队职能任务的需要,建立军警民融合式油料储备体系十分必要。借鉴“虚拟储备”的思想,通过聚类分析、定性分析与定量分析等方法相结合,建立了都市圈油料储备点选址的数学模型,并借助MATLAB软件包进行求解,优化了油料储备点的位置、储备油品及其储备量。实例验证表明,基于都市圈的油料储备模型能较好地解决油料储备布局的优化问题,对有效保障都市圈的油料的供应,具有较高的参考价值。(表3,参8)

Abstract:With the constant development of metropolitan area in China and the demands of armed police's function task, it is necessary to build a military-civilian reconciled oil reserve system based on the situations of well-developed traffic network system, perfect infrastructure and dense network of gas stations in metropolitan area. Drawing on the "virtual reserves" idea, by combining the methods of cluster analysis, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, the mathematical model for site selection ofoil reserve tankfarm in metropolitan area was established, and MATLAB was used to solve the problem to optimize the location of oil reserve tar&farm, and inventory and storage quantity of oil reserved in each tankfarm. The example shows that the oil reserve model based on metropolitan area can solve the problem of optimization of layout of oil reserve tankfarm and it is of good reference to solve the problem of oil reserve guarantee in metropolitan area.
