LNG储存中的安全问题

LNG的超低温、易燃易爆等特点，使其储存特性不同于一般的流体介质，在储存过程中必然遇到一些特殊的安全问题需要处理。阐述了LNG分层翻滚和间歇泉的形成机理和预防措施；介绍了LNG的安全充注流程及压力控制方法；分析了LNG低温特性可能引发的一系列安全问题，提出了必要的防护措施；讨论了LNG储罐区的安全问题，给出了较全面的安全与防火建议。（图1，参7）

Security issues on LNG storage

LNG with ultra-low temperature, flammable and combustible propterties is quite different from other fluid media, posing great challenges to safety in its storage. So, the formation mechanism and preventive measures of layer roll and geyser of LNG are presented in this article, as well as the security injecting process and the pressure control method ofLNG. A series of comprehensive safety issues that the low temperature of LNG could bring about are analyzed, and necessary precautions are put forward. Safety issues over the LNG tank area are discussed, and comprehensive safety and fire prevention suggestions are proposed. The research results are instructive to the safety storage and production of LNG. （1 Figure, 7 References）
