小麦×豌豆后代氨基酸组份的遗传变异

摘    要:本文对小麦×豌豆远缘杂交后代17种氨基酸组份的遗传变异,单交、回交后代与氨基酸特殊残基(团)的关系进行了研究,并对氨基酸差异进行了显著性测验.证明其后代氨基酸组份与特殊残基(团)都生了改变,系该后代生物化学特征.

Genetic Mutation of the Amino Acid Components of Progenies from T.aestivum×P.sativum
Abstract:The content of 17 amino acids from 8 strains of the progeny of TMestivtun x P.sativum were tested. The results are as follows:(l)Amino acids mutation of the components: 88% of the progenies showed wide transgress inheritance against their parents, 87% of the progenies showed positive transgress inheritance against the maternal ,T.aestivum.The Glu. and Pro. contents of all progenies and Cys. content from 5 strains of B2F6showed positive transgress inheritance, except Cys. deletion existed in the progenies.(2)Mutation of the special residues: four residues, i.e., the aromatic series, the aliphatic, methionine and hydroxyl inhertance in the progenies generated mutations or transgress inhertance which tend to their partent(♂), and the Cys. content of the progeny from backcross could reach high dominance (155.9%) against their parents.
