摘    要:为满足马先蒿观赏栽培对种苗的需要,以生长点为材料,采用组织培养的方法,进行了愈伤组织诱导与分化、试管苗的生根与生根继代增殖培养,以及移栽和定植的研究。结果表明:MS+6-BA0.6mg·L-1+2,4-D1.0mg·L-1+NAA0.3mg·L-1是生长点愈伤组织诱导和分化培养的理想培养基;1/3MS+ABT2号10mg·L-1是不定芽生根培养和试管苗生根继代增殖培养的理想培养基;试管苗移栽和定植的成活率分别为93.4%、98.5%,定植的试管苗保持了马先蒿的植物学性状和观赏性状。

Abstract:In order to meet the need of germchits for cultivation,the growing points of Pedicularis are used as materials to do the study by using tissue culture methods. The study is mainly about callus induction and dif- ferentiation,rooting and subculturing of tube seedlings, and tube seedlings transpJanting colonization. The results demonstrate that the ideal medium for callus induction and differentiation is MS+6--BA0.6mg·L-1 ~2,4--D1.0mg·L-1+NAA0.3mg·L-1,and 1/3MS+ABTH10mg·L-1 is the optimum medium for roo- ting and subculturing;the survival rate of transplanting and stable planting is 93.4% and 98.5%respective- ly. The field planting plantlets maintain all botanical traits and ornamental traits of wild Pedieularis.
