| 摘 要： | 根据森林防火指挥的实际要求,建立了森林防火基础数据库,在此基础上设计实现了火场周边信息的自动提取、空间定位查询和空间分析、林火蔓延预测、火险等级预测、火灾损失评估和辅助指挥计算等多个功能模块。系统以Delphi为开发平台,采用的GIS软件为MapInfo,运用跨平台集成地图开发技术实现用户与MapInfo后台服务器程序的实时交互。为防火指挥部门提供了及时、多源和科学的依据,经过实际运行,取得了良好效果。

| Abstract: | In this paper,we study the model of the forest control subsidiary decision-making system based on function modules such as database design,spatial analysis,information obtaining,forest fire forecast,forest fire spreading forecast and forest fire loss evaluation,etc.This system,based on the technology of integrated development in mapinfo,has successfully realized an organic integration of GIS and forest fire loss evaluation model,and forest fire forecast model.And it is significant to reduce the loss caused by forest fire and to improve the accuracy of forest fire control. |
