| 摘 要： | 以山西省太原市为例，分析了太原市各县、区的城镇化阶段与失地农民土地权益保护的关系。结果表明：城镇化发展水平越高的区、县，从事农业的人数越少，处于这个发展阶段的地区，基本不存在农民土地权益受损问题；城镇化发展水平越低的区、县，农民对土地的依赖越强，则失地农民的土地权益越需要保护。最后，提出了保护失地农民土地权益的对策。

| Abstract: | Taking Taiyuan City of Shanxi Province as an example,the relationship between urbanization periods and land right protection of land-lost farmers in the districts and counties was analyzed.The results showed that the people engaged in agriculture were relatively less in the districts and counties with high-level urbanization,and land right of farmers was hardly damaged at this stage.The lower the urbanization level, the stronger the farmers' dependence on land.Hence,land right was urged to be protected.Fina... |
