摘    要:利用黄化子叶喷雾接种鉴定黄瓜黑星病抗病性的具体方法是:将消毒后的黄瓜种子播在垫有湿纱布的培养皿中,20℃恒温黑暗培养5天后黄化子叶即长出。用喷雾法接种黄化子叶,孢子浓度为2×106个/mL,20℃黑暗培养4天后调查病情。经17个抗病性不同的品种验证,该方法与培养幼苗一真叶期喷雾法比较,同样准确、可靠。同时具有鉴定周期短、不受环境条件影响、接种症状表现明显、易于分级等优点。

Abstract:A new method for screening cucumber cultivars for resistance to scab etiolated cotyledon spray inoculation was investigated. The procedure was as fellow:the sterilized cucumber seeds were added in Petri dishes with layers of gauze wetted by water. The etiolated cotyledons growed after 5 days in darkened condition at 20℃.
