| 摘 要： | 利用黄化子叶喷雾接种鉴定黄瓜黑星病抗病性的具体方法是：将消毒后的黄瓜种子播在垫有湿纱布的培养皿中，２０℃恒温黑暗培养５天后黄化子叶即长出。用喷雾法接种黄化子叶，孢子浓度为２×１０６个／ｍＬ，２０℃黑暗培养４天后调查病情。经１７个抗病性不同的品种验证，该方法与培养幼苗一真叶期喷雾法比较，同样准确、可靠。同时具有鉴定周期短、不受环境条件影响、接种症状表现明显、易于分级等优点。

| Abstract: | A new method for screening cucumber cultivars for resistance to scab etiolated cotyledon spray inoculation was investigated. The procedure was as fellow:the sterilized cucumber seeds were added in Petri dishes with layers of gauze wetted by water. The etiolated cotyledons growed after 5 days in darkened condition at 20℃.
