低温对番茄苗期和开花期几种同工酶的影响

摘    要:研究了低温对苗期和开花期不同耐寒番茄品种的过氧化物酶(POD)、酯酶和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)同工酶谱带的影响。结果表明POD、酯酶对低温的敏感程度比SOD要高,开花期对低温的敏感程度低于苗期。在苗期和开花期,所有温度处理下的SOD的谱带数在6个品种间一致,苗期的谱带为3条,开花期为4条。苗期在8℃低温处理下耐寒品种的POD和酯酶的谱带比25℃处理下多出1~2条,而不耐寒品种的谱带没有变化。开花期所有品种在各处理温度下的POD同工酶谱带都为12条。8℃低温下耐寒品种Koateai、Santiam多出一条Rf=0.598的酯酶谱带,而耐寒品种UC82B的谱带没有增加,但Rf=0.472、Rf=0.592和Rf=0.713的3条谱带的活性加强。研究指出,无论在苗期还是在开花期,低温锻炼诱导了POD和酯酶同工酶结构和功能的改组,增强了低温适应性而提高抗寒能力,用POD、酯酶同工酶进行番茄的耐寒性鉴定是可行的

Abstract:The effect of low temperature on isoenzymic zymogram of peroxidase (POD),esterase and superoxide dismutase (SOD) during seedling stage and florescence was studied. The results show that,the reaction of SOD,POD and esteras e to low temperature was different,the sensitivity of POD and esterase to temperature was higher than that of SOD,and lower in florescence than in seedling stage.
