不同基质与施肥水平对黑麦草叶绿素及根系生长情况的影响

摘    要:以多年生黑麦草为试材,研究了7种基质配比、3种施肥量下对黑麦草的叶绿素含量、根系生长情况的影响。结果表明:不同基质对多年生黑麦草叶绿素含量影响显著;随着施肥量的增加黑麦草叶绿素含量呈先增加后减少的趋势,施肥水平对黑麦草叶片叶绿素含量的影响不大,不同基质对多年生黑麦草的根长发育影响显著,不同施肥水平对黑麦草的根长影响不大,不同基质对黑麦草根系活力影响显著,不同施肥水平对黑麦草根系活力没有显著影响,在A3施肥水平时,Ⅴ号、Ⅵ号和Ⅶ号基质黑麦草根系活力远远高于其他基质的处理。Ⅶ号基质结合A3施肥水平下,黑麦草生长最好,为黑麦草的首选基质和施肥水平组合。
