农业企业发展价值网存在的障碍与对策研究

随着全球经济一体化发展的日益深入,我国农业企业的竞争逐渐国际化和全球化。"公司+农户"的产业一体化发展模式过于松散、落后,必将被农业企业供应链,尤其是以"营销型农业企业"为核心企业的营销型农业企业价值网所替代。但我国农业企业在发展价值网的过程中存在一些障碍,对此必须早作准备方可赢得国际竞争优势。

As global economic integration developing deeper and deeper,the competition of China agricultural enterprises tends to be international and global gradually."Corporation & Farmers" development pattern of industry integration is so infirm and backward that it will be replaced by the supply chain of agricultural enterprises,especially the market-driven agribusiness value net with the core enterprise——market-driven agribusiness.However,there were some obstacles when China agricultural enterprises were developing value net.So it was necessary to make preparations in advance to earn international competitive advantages.
