异丙隆对土壤基础呼吸与微生物生物量的影响

摘    要:通过室内培养,研究了异丙隆对大田土壤和大棚土壤基础呼吸和微生物生物量碳的动态影响。结果表明:异丙隆使用量在50mg/kg以下,对土壤基础呼吸和微生物生物量碳基本没有影响;在100 mg/kg以上,其抑制效应随使用量的增加而明显,但在培养期内基本恢复到正常水平;异丙隆对2种土壤的影响未表现出明显差异。

Abstract:The incubation of isoproturon was amended in farm soil and greenhouse soil,the basal respiration of soil and the microbial biomass in soil were determined in process of incubation.The results showed both the basal respiration and microbial biomass were influenced little by isoproturon at below 50 mg/kg in soils.However,they were significantly decreased with the isoproturon contents elevated from 100 mg/kg in soils.Whether soil basal respiration or microbial biomass was gradually resumed to normal level within incubation term.Significant differences between farm soil and greenhouse soil were not presented.
