高校图书馆零借阅读者现象统计分析与对策研究

以汇文系统和门禁系统的数据库数据为依据,对图书馆的零借阅读者现象进行了统计分析,指出图书馆应区分不同类型的读者提供针对性的服务和引导,加强图书馆资源建设和改进服务方式,尽可能减少零借阅读者的数量,发挥图书馆作为高校信息资源中心的支柱作用。

Analysis of Zero-to-borrow Readers in University Libraries and Its Countermeasures

Using the data from libsys and access control system, this article makes a statistical analysis of the Zero-to-borrow Readers. The paper points out libraries should provide targeted services and guidance for different types of readers, and should strengthen library information resources construction and improve service deliveries, which aim to reduce the number of zero-to-borrow Reader as much as possible and makes the library as backbone as the information resources center of college.
