摘    要:介绍了自主学习和自我效能感理论,以自主学习理论为基础,从社会认知理论的一个分支一自我效能感论述了高职英语教学中培养学生自主学习能力的必要性和几点教学启示,认为在农业高职英语教学中教师应帮助学生制定合理的学习计划,采取有效的教学策略,增强学生的自我效能感,培养学生的自主学习能力。

Abstract:The thesis presents a brief introduction of autonomous learning and self - efficacy. Based on the theory of autonomous learning, it touches on the necessity about how to cultivate students' autonomous learning abilities in the process of higher vocational English teaching from the point of selfefficacy, one branch of social cognitive theory. On the other hand, the paper points out several effective teaching strategies to promote the students' self-efficacy and cuhive theirautonomous learning ability.
