甜高粱秆自然贮存过程中水分和糖分的基准描述

摘    要:对甜高粱秆自然贮存过程中含水量和含糖量的不同表示单位(湿基、干基、非糖分干基)以及影响进行理论分析和研究,结果表明,湿基由于引入水分变化从而对含糖量的描述有不利影响,干基和非糖分干基都能反映糖分实际变化趋势;非糖分干基由于消除了水分散失和糖分消耗的影响,在糖分损失较大时也能够反映糖分的真实变化。另外基于所建立公式,对贮存试验数据(不同贮存时间的含水量和含糖量)进行转化计算,得到水分和糖分绝对变化量以及失重情况,能进一步反映甜高粱秆自然贮存过程组成的真实变化情况。

Abstract:In this paper,different reference standards were used for discrimination of water and sugar content of sweet sorghum stalk during the period of natural storage.The results showed that wet basis had a bad effect due to the absence of water,while dry basis and non-sugar dry basis could describe the real change of sugar.Due to elimination of affect of water and sugar,non-sugar dry basis could also reflect the change of sugar even sugar of sweet sorghum stalks had a large loss.In addition,absolute change of water and sugar,and weight loss could be obtained after calculation of experimental data(water and sugar content in wet basis at different storage time),which could reflect the real change of components of sweet sorghum stalks during the period of natural storage.
