高校图书馆多模式信息服务社会化研究

高校图书馆投入的不断增加、数字资源的日益丰富使高校图书馆信息服务社会化成为可能。但社会对信息资源需求和高校生均图书资源不足间仍然存在矛盾,直接全面开放信息社会化服务会对高校教学科研带来不利影响。结合国家对高等教育投入的增加和信息技术的进步,宜采用多模式分阶段逐步推进。基础知识性数字资源可以免费开放,并可引入网络广告、企业赞助等方式收益;专业应用性数字资源、纸质图书资源、咨询服务等提供非盈利的有偿服务,使高校图书馆信息服务社会化良性循环不断深化。

Study on the Socialized Multi-modes Information Service in Academic Libraries

Increasing investment in academic library and abundant digital resources made it possible for academic library information service socialization.However,conflict between social information requirement and per student shared average resource implied that simply opening academic library resource to social would impact teaching and researching.Multi modes and stages development for this progress along with national investment and IT advancing is appropriate.Basic knowledge digital resource can be open freely and profit from web ads and enterprises sponsor.Special and applied resources and books as well as consult service can be provided nonprofit charged.So the socialization progress can be developed with livingness.
