螺纹插装式液控换向阀的状态变量模型与仿真

摘    要:基于现代控制理论的状态空间法,建立了螺纹插装式液控换向阀开、闭过程的动态特性数学模型。选用四阶龙格-库塔算法,采用C++编程,对液控换向阀开闭过程动态特性进行了仿真。研究了阀的结构参数和系统的性能参数对阀的开、闭动态过程性能的影响,分析确定了阀的结构参数。

Abstract:Based on state space method of modern control theory, the mathematical model for the two way/two position hydraulic operated directional valve in thread cartridge is established. The influence on the dynamic characteristics of the valve is analyzed with respect to the parameter varieties of the components with the simulation and 4 steps Runge-Kutta method is adopted with C~-~- procedure edited so as to obtain the optimum combination of the valve parameters. The effective means are provided for study of dynamic performance with the same class valves and it significantly improves the dynamic characteristics of valve.
