库尔勒香梨萼片脱落与宿存特性及其调控的初步研究

摘    要:以10年生的库尔勒香梨为试材,初步研究了梨果实萼片脱落的时间,花序序位对萼片脱落与宿存的影响,及在初花期、盛花期、末花期喷施NAA(浓度分别为10,20,30 mg/L)、乙烯利(浓度分别为300,500,700 mg/L)、PBO(浓度分别为10,30,50 g/L)3种生长调节剂对萼片脱落及生长发育的调控效应。结果表明,梨果实萼片脱落有两次脱落高峰,第4花序果实萼片脱落率最高,达55.07%。初花期、盛花期PBO的3个浓度处理效果较为理想,不仅将果实脱萼率提高到90%以上,而且增加了果实单果重,提高了果实的品质。

Abstract:The initial investigation was conducted on the time of calyx leaving of pear fruit,effect of ordinal position of inflorescence on flower calyx leaving and persistence,spraying NAA(The concentrations are 10,20,30 mg/L respectively),Ethrel(The concentrations are 300,500,700 mg/L),PBO(The concentrations are 10,30,50 g/L) and effect of 3 kinds of plant growth regulators on calgx leaving and regulation and control of growth and development.The results showed that the flower calyx leaving has two leaving peaks,the highest flower calyx leaving rate is the fourth inflorescence which gets 55.07%,and the best plant growth regulator is PBO.By PBO spraying,not only the percent of the fruit's flower calyx leaving was increased to 90%,but also weight of single fruit was increased and fruit quality was improved.
