香菇杂种优势表达的生理途径

摘    要:F_1和F_5两个杂交种的绝对生物学效率均高于两个亲本,超出幅度为29%~52%;在基物失重与呼吸消耗中,两个杂交种基本相同,处于两个亲本之间,并表现出两个性状均接近于双亲中最优亲本的趋势;在纤维素、半纤维素和木质素降解能力中,两个杂交种表现出双亲互补的特征;在营养生长阶段,两个杂交种利用培养基中非木质纤维素的趋势较强;在生殖生长阶段,则具有比亲本更强的利用培养基中木质纤维素的能力,笔者提出把有效生物转化率作为衡量香菇杂种优势的一个生理指标。

Abstract:The absolute biological efficiencies (ABE) of the hybrid strains, F1 and F5, are higher than that of their parents, ranging from 29% to 52%. In general, the reduction of dry weight of substrate (DWS) and consumption of respiration (CR) of F1 and F5 are almost the same, ranging between that of two parents, and express the tendency of approaching that of the better one of their parents. In comparison, F1 and F5 expressed complementary characteristics from their parents on activities of degrading the cellulose, hemicellulose and lignin in sawdust substrate. The nonlignocellulose utilization trend of F1 and F5 is stronger at mycelial growth stage. And F1 and F5 have higher activites of decomposing and utilizing lignocellulose than their parents at fruiting stage. Based on these results, the effective biotransforming rate (EBR), as one of the physiological indicator to evaluate the heterotic vigor of Lentinus edodes, is put forward in this study.
