| Abstract: | Cecropin P1 is a kind of mammalian antibacterial peptide,which against the Gram-negative bacteria and some kinds of Gram-positive bacteria. The structure, the antibacterial mechanism, the antibacterial activity and the gene engineering of cecropin P1 were discussed in this paper, the application prospect of the cecropin P1 was also involved. |
