Usage of Consumptive Utensils in Mammalian Gamete Operation

In recent years,many scientific experiments have been undertaken on mammalian gametes domestically.Consumptive utensils are indispensable for every laboratories related to the operation,such as in vitro culture of mammalian follicles,oocytes,embryos,in vitro fertilization,nuclear transfer,chimera,sex determination,and etc.It is necessary to make the selection from the large amount of consumptive products manufactured domestically or overseas.The good choices cannot only assure the experiments but also save the expense.Based on the experience in our laboratory,the methods of making optimal selections were reviewed.
