新城疫植物油乳剂苗的研究

摘    要:应用植物油代替矿物油制备ND油苗,植物油苗时相中含2.5%或5%蜂蜡(BW,乳化剂),油相和水相比例为4:1,植物油苗免疫来航易感鸡,并采血检测清HI抗体效价,全部5%BW植物油苗的HI抗体和对照矿物苗H抗体无明显差异(P〉0.05),而大多数2.5%BW植物油苗(2.5%BW花生油苗除外)及2.5%直溶BW植物油苗,大多数5%直溶BW植物疫苗95%直溶BW玉米油苗除外)的HI抗体都明显低于(P〈

Newcastle Disease Oil-emulsion Vaccines Prepared with Vegetable Oil
Abstract:Vegetable oils were used as replacements for mineral oil in ND oil-emulsion vaccines.2.5 percent or 5 percent of beewax(BW) of t he oilphase that was used to prepare water-in-oil emulsion vaccines that contai ned a finalconcentration of 20% aqueous antigen.White leghorn chickens were vaccina t ed and bled fortheir serlogic HI titers testing.The HI titers of all vegetable oil vaccines with 5% BWwere not significantly different from those of control m ineral oil vaccine.but the HItiters of most vegetable oil vaccines with 2.5%BW( except peanut oil vaccine with 2.5%BW)were significantly lower than the control mineral oil vaccine.The HI titers ofvegetable oil vaccines with 2.5% and 5% di rect-melted BW (except the corn oil vaccinewith 5% direct-melted BW)were signif icantly lower than control mineral oil vaccine.Tissuereactions associated with vegetable oil vaccines were less severe than those associatedwith mineral oil v accine.These findings indicate that any of the several vegetable oilmay be more suitable than mineral oil for preparation of poultry oil-emulsion vaccines.
