肉桂挥发油的抗氧化作用研究

摘    要:目的]研究肉桂挥发油的抗氧化活性。方法]测定了肉桂挥发油的还原力、对脂质过氧化的抑制作用和清除自由基的能力。结果]还原力的测定表明,肉桂挥发油(0.06%)与Vc(O.02%)相比较,效果相当(α=0.01);肉桂挥发油具有较强的抗氧化能力和一定的清除自由基的能力。结论]肉桂挥发油是一种较好的天然抗氧化剂。

Abstract: Objective ] The study aimed to research the antioxidant activity of volatile oil of Cinnamomum cassia. Method] The reducing power volatile oil of Cinnamomum cassia, inhibitory effect on lipid peroxidation and effect on scavenging free radicals were determined. Result ] The results show that reducing power determined that cinnamon essential oil (0.06%) and Vc (0.2%) compared with the results quite ( α = 0.01 ) ; cinnamon essential oil has strong antioxidant and free radical scavenging. Conclusion] The volatile oil of C was a good natural antioxidant.
