摘    要:应用有限元法考察了修形斜齿轮的轮齿接触和载荷分布.根据变形协调条件和力平衡关系建立了轮齿面接触分析有限元模型.宽斜齿轮副由一个渐开线齿轮和一个双鼓形齿轮组成,建立了齿轮传动装置整体有限元模型,开发了有限元网格划分程序.应用ANSYS软件考察了修形参数对轮齿上载荷分布和接触应力的影响.

Abstract:The tooth contact and load distribution of modified helical gears were investigated and analyzed by means of finite element analysis(FEA).The face-contact model of gears was established according to the deformation compatibility condition and force equilibrium relationship.The proposed helical gear set comprised an involute pinion and a double crowned gear.Finite element models of the whole gear drive have been set up.Accordingly,a mesh-generation program was also developed for finite element contact analys...
